Welcome to Fast Forward, your premier DJ & Music Production Academy nestled in the vibrant heart of Nottingham! At Fast Forward, we pride ourselves on our inclusive approach, catering to students of all levels, from secondary to post-16 Level 1.
We’re especially proud to partner with schools across Nottingham and Nottinghamshire, actively supporting their graduated response model to reduce student exclusions. Our daily mission involves working closely with Nottingham City and Nottingham Council to re-engage key stage 3 & 4 students who have faced permanent exclusions.
With a diverse range of RSL accredited courses, including the six-week Reengagement DJ/Producer Certificate, the twelve-week RSL Grade 1 in Music Tech, or our premier year-long RSL Level 1 in Creative Music Industry—they’re guaranteed a gratifying educational journey we offer qualifications tailored to students of all ages. INTRODUCTION TO THE CREATIVE INDUSTRY Learn music production, recording, live performance as well as podcasting and radio presenting including IT skills on broadcasting software. Music can ignite passion, practical and social skills and also give direction in life.

Based in the heart of Nottingham our team look to build social skills with a unique fun approach to both music and learning.
Our courses are tailored for students that struggle with mainstream education through the hands-on creative approach to DJ and music production that includes moderate training in communication skills, reading and writing skills in day-to-day routine.
